• Advanced Sensor Technology: Featuring a customized Japanese technology with a background suppression sensor, our conveyor solves the problem of poor induction for matte and porous plates. The sensor is also adjustable in six directions to meet a wide range of customer needs.
• Precision and Stability: Benefit from standard ball screw width adjustment and an enlarged, thickened cup base (95mm diameter) with an M16 support screw and anti-slip rubber bottom for ultimate stability.

Belt Options:

• 2.8mm Belt: For PCBs with an edge more than 3mm and weight less than 3kg.
• 3.8mm Belt: For PCBs with an edge more than 4.5mm and weight less than 3kg.
• 7mm Belt: For PCBs with an edge more than 4mm and weight less than 4kg (can carry pallets).
• 11.8mm Belt: For PCBs with an edge more than 4mm and weight less than 5kg (can carry pallets).
• Chain Replacement: Replace the belt with a roller, plastic, stainless, or pin chain.

Add-Ons: Enhance functionality with options such as an LED light, dust cover (including ESD), a plate with a fan, and a fan cooling cover. Segmented Design: Choose a two-segment configuration, with the option to adjust each segment at a different pace.
