Indium 1095-NF is a premium, low-solids, water-soluble wave solder flux engineered to deliver exceptional soldering performance across mixed-technology, surface mount, and through-hole assemblies. Formulated with a neutral pH and a high level of activity, it ensures excellent wetting and highly reliable solder joints.

Designed with the modern manufacturing environment in mind, 1095-NF is completely biodegradable and cleans easily with water to exceptionally low ionic levels, leaving behind an assembly with high surface insulation resistance (SIR). Plus, its flexible processing window allows residues to safely remain on assemblies for up to 48 hours before washing without compromising the cosmetic appearance of your boards.

Quick Process Guidelines

Application: For foam applications, maintain the aeration stone 1½ to 2 inches below the flux surface, with air pressure at 1–3 psi and air knife pressure at 5 psi.

Density Maintenance: Use Indium 16-1000 Thinner alongside the specific gravity adjustment chart to consistently maintain optimal flux density during extended runs.

Special Component Care: When working with Immersion Silver or Immersion Tin finishes, limit topside flux deposition to minimize potential staining.
