TACFlux 020B – Flux Pen – No Clean – 10cc

TACFlux ® 020B-RC is a no-clean flux formulated for both SnPb and Pb-free soldering. TACFlux ® 020B-RC is halogen-free and passes SIR in the unreflowed state, which is ideal for rework applications where the flux may not be heated properly.

Cleaning
TACFlux ® 020B-RC is designed for no-clean applications. If necessary, the flux can be removed by using a commercially available flux cleaner.

Reflow
Peak reflow temperature should be <260°C in an air or nitrogen atmosphere.

Storage
TACFlux ® 020B-RC syringes and cartridges should be stored tip down at 0–30°C. If refrigerated, TACFlux ® 020B-RC should be thawed for 4 hours at room temperature before using
